A 24 hour notice is required prior to canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel last minute there will be a $30 cancellation fee. I know things happen but it is difficult for me to fill last minute appointments. I’m extremely thankful for the respect y’all have towards my business 🩷 No shows will be blocked from any future bookings! To book an appointment I do require a $10 deposit that is NOT refundable under any circumstances. It does go towards your appointment. Any and all services are non refundable as well. If there are any issues please let me know within 24 hours so I can fix it at no additional cost! Please make sure you arrive on time, if you are running late just try to let me know. I do have a 10 minute grace period, if you are not here within those 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee added. After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled and you will have to reschedule a new appointment with a new deposit.
